Here at LOWELA.COM, we care about our customers and if for any reasons, you are not entirely satisfied with our products, we accept returns.
All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. Items that do not meet these conditions will be duly declined.
All returns must reach us within seven (7) working days (ten (10) working days for international orders) from the date your parcel was delivered along with the Return Form.
If you have misplaced your Return Form, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a soft copy that can be printed out again.
There is a restocking fee of 5% for all return items. For e.g, if the item costs RM100, store credit will be issued to the value of RM95.
Store credit will be emailed in the form of a discount code with a validity period of three (3) months from date of issuance (e.g code issued on 29 January 2015 will expire on 28 April 2015) and no extension will be allowed.
Store credit code(s) can only be utilised in one transaction and any excess amount will not be refunded.
All original shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer bears the cost of shipping any item back to us. LOWELA.COM will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for lost parcel in post.
Sale items, Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories, Jewellery and Bags cannot be returned.
All returns will be processed by the Returns Department within five (5) working days from the date we receive the parcel.
LOWELA.COM is not liable for LOWELA items purchased from a third party merchant.

We do not offer exchange of size, items or colour.
All items must be returned for Store Credit only according to our Returns Policy above.
Once an order is successful and payment has been received, any request to cancel the order before it has been shipped out will bear a service charge of 5% of the total paid. All cancellations will be refunded in store credit terms only. No refund to card or transfer to bank will be entertained.
DEFECT, WRONG OR MISSING ITEM
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, kindly email us at email@example.com with your order reference or send us a message via our Contact Us page. Where applicable, kindly attach a picture of the defect and our customer service team will be in touch to advise you accordingly.
